Return Conditions

- Returned due to a quality issue (e.g., defect, damage, or functional problem)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund is processed within 1–2 business days
- Refund goes back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal)
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
